and key wording. This is critical for the success of your
site because it must be friendly in its function ability,
attractive and concise. The rate will also provide for a CD
back-up of your completed site.
Each additional page
Additional pages repeat the navigation so that the end user
can go from any page in your site to any other point without
having to back up or close a window. This makes your site
easy to use and keeps the potential customer on a course that
lead to the sale. Your site should be as friendly to your
clients as you are at the point of personal contact.
Domain/URL purchase and registration (annual fee)
We will assist you in finding and establishing a web address
that is easy to remember and convenient for you and your customers.
You will be the owner of your domain name.
Establish domain in server and configure for web access
(one time fee)
Includes 3 POP e-mail accounts with unlimited e-mail forwarding
(alias's).
Subsidiary domain used in concert with our address (monthly
fee)
Example: www.aacwd.com/yourcompany/
Set-up second domain which points to existing domain

Animation
An animated .gif is an image that changes and conveys motion
in your site. These are normally done in the opening of a
site to capture the viewers interest and at the same time
deliver a message about your products or services.

Deluxe package
After your web site has been built and is ready to go online,
the marketing of your site is the most important aspect of
your success on the net. We submit your name monthly with
all of the major search engines and keyword your site to make
you easy to find for the most untrained web explorers who
will find your products and services. Also includes Monthly
Web Site Statistics.
Premium package
A: Hosting and Stats only with no Search Engine Submission.
B: Hosting and Search Engine Submission only with no Stats.
Standard package
Hosting only with no Stats or Search Engine Submission
Hourly rate for updating your web site
We will update or make changes to your web site quickly and
as frequently as you desire. Web sites that change on a regular
basis keep people coming back and make your site interesting
to the buyer. We make these alterations on an hourly basis
pro-rated. The average revision to a site is about $25 per
update (minimum) plus new images. A regular schedule of updating
is mandatory to keep your site current and interesting. We
establish regular maintenance schedules with most clients
that are tailored to their sites needs.
Email Forms (one time fee for cgi setup)
Online forms are a great way for potential customer to send
you questions or comments via email.
Custom CGI - $60 per hour of development time minimum
1 hour
Custom Computer Generated Animation - $75 per hour of
development time
(minimum 2 hours)
Miscellaneous - Database, E-commerce, Chat Rooms, Bulletin
Boards etc.
These are based on individual needs and site requirements.
Prices will be discussed during development stages of your
site.
Design Process
All About Computers & Web Design will have an initial meeting
on site with perspective clients to discuss what they are
looking for in an internet presence. We feel an onsite meeting
will give us a better understanding of your business and what
its goals and objectives are. We will then submit a bid within
3 working days of the initial meeting detailing the work that
will be done and the proposed cost of the work to be done
based on the initial meeting. This in no way limits what can
be added or subtracted from the initial bid. To begin work
on a site All About Computers & Web Design requires half of
the agreed upon bid amount to be paid before starting the
job. At the completion of the job the final amount due plus
or minus any deviations from the initial bid will be paid.
During the design process the client will be fully involved
in every detail of the site from color to font type. We will
continually update the client on progress and allow them to
see the proposed design and layout on the internet before
it is made available to the public. Any changes or input from
the client is encouraged if they feel that there end web site
goal has not been met. We will not consider a job complete
until you, the client, are %100 satisfied. If at anytime the
client decides to cancel the web site development work for
any reason they are not obligated to pay the final amount
due. The initial payment for the first half of site design
will not be refunded unless the job has not been started and
no work has been done. There will be a 2 day period after
receipt of the initial payment for the client to cancel the
job if they wish after that 2 day period there will be no
refund.
